If you are over 13, you should not wear skate shoes unless:
1) You are wearing jeans
and
2) You are walking long distances and you need comfortable shoes
If I see one more girl wearing skate shoes with shorts, or worse, a summer dress I just might buy them a cute pair of sandals myself.
